Commercial scaffolding you can rely on
Safe, well-documented scaffolding for shops, offices, schools and public buildings. Full RAMS as standard, clear communication throughout, and delivery on schedule so your project keeps moving.
Commercial scaffolding that keeps your project on track
Commercial scaffolding has to do more than just give your team access. It has to keep the public safe, satisfy health and safety inspectors, and not get in the way of your business carrying on around it. We've been doing this long enough to know what good looks like.
From shopfronts on Cambridge high streets to schools, offices and care homes across the region, we deliver scaffolding that's safe, signed off, and built to the timeline you need. Our family-run team handles every project personally, with the same care whether it's a five-day shopfront refit or a multi-month renovation.
Every commercial job comes with full Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) documentation. That means you've got the paperwork you need for your file, your insurer and your inspector.
Discuss your projectCommon commercial jobs
From small refurbishments to large refits, we work with businesses, landlords and main contractors across the region.
Shopfronts and retail
Town-centre shops, parades and retail parks. We work around your trading hours where we can and protect public access with the right netting and barriers.
Offices and workplaces
Refits, refurbishments and external maintenance. We work with your facilities team to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Schools and public buildings
Often this kind of work needs to happen during half-term or summer holidays. We plan around your calendar and meet the safeguarding standards expected on site.
HMOs and rental properties
Cambridge has a lot of HMO landlords, and we've supported many. Roof works, external repairs and statutory upgrades - we'll get you safe access fast.
Pubs, hotels and care homes
Hospitality and care settings need scaffolds that look tidy and don't disrupt residents or guests. We bring branded debris netting and a clean working manner.
Working with main contractors
If you're a main contractor or builder needing reliable scaffolding for a commercial fit-out, we'll quote, schedule and deliver to your programme.

Commercial scaffolding FAQs
A few things business clients often ask. If yours isn't covered, get in touch.
Yes - full Risk Assessment and Method Statement paperwork is included as standard on every commercial job. We'll send it across before the scaffold goes up so you have time to file it with your records.
We do our best. For high street shops, early-morning installation is often the easiest option. For schools, we plan around term time. Tell us what works and we'll do our best to fit in.
If the scaffold sits on a public footway or road, a council scaffold licence is normally required, and parking suspensions may be needed too. We'll guide you through what's needed during the site survey and advise on whose name the application should be under.
Yes. We hold comprehensive public liability and employer's liability insurance. We're happy to share certificates and CISRS/CSCS records on request before you appoint us.
Absolutely. We work alongside main contractors and builders across Cambridgeshire and the wider region. We'll align with your programme, attend site meetings if useful, and keep things moving on your timeline.
Projects move. If yours overruns, we'll extend the hire period at a fair rate and carry out any additional inspections required. We'd rather work with you than penalise you.
